This website does not directly collect personal data: there are no contact forms, registered areas, newsletters or comment systems. No profiling cookies and no visitor analytics or tracking tools are used.
Bookings via WhatsApp
Bookings (tables and Salotto Lumière events) are made through WhatsApp: by clicking the button you are redirected to the WhatsApp app or website (Meta Platforms, Inc.) with a pre-filled message. The data you enter in the chat (name, phone, date, number of guests, any notes or allergies) is processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy and by the restaurant solely to manage your booking.
Third-party services
The site contains links to external services: Google Maps (maps and reviews), Facebook and Instagram (social pages), Google (reviews). By clicking these links you will leave this site and your data will be processed according to the privacy policies of those services. Typefaces (fonts) are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which may log the visitor's IP address.
Legal basis and retention
Data voluntarily provided via WhatsApp or email is processed to fulfil your booking request (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR) and retained for the time needed to provide the service and meet any legal obligations.
